1. About LW Agent

LW Agent is an independent, fan-made Community command center for Last War: Survival, operated under the LW Agent name by the developer known as DOUBLEW. It includes a website, private Community workspaces, optional Discord integration, automation, planning tools, and digital access packages. LW Agent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game's developer or publisher.

2. Accounts and authority

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and provide accurate account information. Keep your account secure and do not share access. A Community owner is responsible for its configuration, membership, permissions, purchases, and the actions of people granted leadership or management access.

By connecting Discord, you also agree to Discord's applicable terms and rules. You may not use LW Agent to harass, spam, impersonate, scrape, disrupt, probe security, evade access controls, or violate another person's rights or applicable law.

3. Trials, free access, and module access

A newly eligible Community may receive a one-time trial for the period displayed when it is granted. A trial can be extended, replaced, or ended by a manual grant or an eligible package. When access expires, protected modules are locked, but Community data is not intentionally deleted solely because access expired.

The developer decides which modules are enabled, available, included in a custom package, or granted manually for each Community. Foundation features identified as always available remain subject to maintenance, safety, and platform availability.

4. Rewards, milestones, and Community Goals

Reward points can be earned without payment through genuine referrals, one-time milestones, and qualifying Community activity. Activity claims may require evidence and leadership or developer approval, and are subject to displayed cooldowns and weekly or monthly limits. Points are promotional platform credits: they have no cash value, cannot be sold, and may only be transferred where an explicit platform feature allows it.

Members may voluntarily donate available points to an active Community Goal. A donation is irreversible while the goal remains active; an audited cancellation may return eligible contributions. Community leadership may grant points only from a finite developer-funded Community Reward Pool and within its member limits. Reaching a goal activates only the reward displayed for that goal.

Self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated identities, false evidence, circular invitations, coordinated point farming, automated accounts, misleading promotion, payment manipulation, and other attempts to manufacture rewards are prohibited. Rewards may remain pending for review and may be withheld, reversed, or removed when a qualifying action is reversed, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, or abusive. Material abuse may result in suspension.

5. Packages, prices, and delivery

Every package applies to the Community and duration shown before purchase. All Access unlocks all modules currently included in All Access; module and custom packages unlock only their listed modules. Prices, discounts, point costs, package availability, and included modules are dynamic. The final description, currency, amount, duration, and Community shown at checkout control the purchase.

Verified Ko-fi payments are normally matched to a short-lived LW Agent checkout offer and activate automatically. Use the same owner email and exact product requested by LW Agent, and include the displayed offer code when possible. A payment that cannot be matched safely enters manual review and does not grant duplicate access. Crypto, Gold Bricks, UR Gifts, complimentary packages, and other manual arrangements are not active until the developer verifies and grants them.

Digital access begins as soon as automated matching or manual approval completes. You expressly request immediate performance when you continue to payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; see the Refund Policy.

6. Recurring access and cancellation

A recurring Ko-fi membership is charged and managed through Ko-fi and its connected payment provider. Each successfully verified payment extends the paid-through period shown in LW Agent. You may cancel future renewal through Ko-fi; cancellation does not normally refund time already paid and access continues until the displayed paid-through date, including any stated grace period. If a renewal payment is not received, protected modules lock when paid access and grace expire.

7. Lifetime access

Lifetime means access for the operational lifetime of the LW Agent service, not the buyer's lifetime or the lifetime of Last War: Survival. It applies to one Community, has no scheduled expiry, and is non-transferable without written developer approval. Lifetime access remains subject to these terms, fair use, security restrictions, third-party availability, and lawful service changes. It is not a promise that LW Agent or every individual module will exist forever.

8. User and Community data

In-game UID, nickname, squad power, alliance figures, rosters, schedules, battle-plan inputs, and similar details may be self-reported or supplied by Community leadership. Unless expressly marked verified, do not treat them as independently verified facts. Community owners are responsible for having authority to submit and manage information about their members.

9. Availability and changes

LW Agent is provided on a best-effort basis. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, Discord or Ko-fi changes, and development work may interrupt features. Modules may be improved, replaced, limited, or retired. For material changes affecting paid access, LW Agent will use reasonable efforts to preserve equivalent value or provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

10. Suspension and termination

LW Agent may restrict or suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties; investigate fraud or abuse; comply with law; address non-payment; or enforce these terms. When practical, the owner will receive a clear reason and recovery path. You may stop using the service at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

11. Warranties and liability

LW Agent is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, game outcomes, Discord actions, lost opportunities, or decisions based on calculators, rankings, assignments, reminders, or other generated information. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Ko-fi and third-party services

Ko-fi provides the payment surface but is not the seller of LW Agent access. Purchases are between the buyer and LW Agent, while payment processing is performed by the third-party provider connected through Ko-fi. Discord, Ko-fi, hosting providers, translation or AI services, and other integrations have separate terms and may change independently.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, commercial model, or law changes. Material changes will be dated and, when appropriate, communicated to affected owners. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights.
